In this document, the words I, me, my, we, us, and our mean the Applicant, Joint Applicant(s) and any guarantor(s). The word “information” means personal information about me and any other person(s) identified in this application.
The foregoing information and the information on any attached pages is submitted for the purposes of establishing or maintaining a loan brokered by Grammont Enterprises, LLC. By my/our signature(s) below I/we certify that the information in this application and any other information provided in the future is a true, full, and correct statement of my/our financial condition as of the date shown. I/we acknowledge that Grammont Enterprises, LLC and any prospective lender will rely on the information contained in this application in extending credit to me/us.
By submitting a mortgage application to Grammont Enterprises, LLC, I/we agree to both this Consent and Authorization and to any other consent, authorization or acknowledgement on use of information that that has been provided by me/us and acknowledge and consent to the following:
Use of Information by Grammont Enterprises, LLC: I/we agree that at the time I/we begin a relationship with Grammont Enterprises, LLC and during the course of this relationship, Grammont Enterprises, LLC may collect, use and disclose my/our personal information including for, but not limited to, the purposes of identifying me/us, understanding my/our financial needs and eligibility for products, marketing products and services to me/us, protecting from fraud and error, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Acts of Lenders: Grammont Enterprises, LLC has no obligation to locate a lender and no responsibility for any acts or omissions of any lender. I/we agree to release and forever discharge Grammont Enterprises, LLC from any claim that I/we may have as a result of the loan not being advanced for any reason whatsoever or from fluctuations in the market either before or after my application is submitted.
Credit Consent: I/we authorize Grammont Enterprises, LLC to obtain credit reports and to gather personal information, as it deems necessary, at any time in connection with evaluating this application. I/we consent to the disclosure of my/our personal and credit information to any prospective lender for this mortgage loan, financial institution, legal firm, title insurance company, and mortgage insurance company. I/we consent to Grammont Enterprises, LLC obtaining and/or exchanging credit and personal information from and with any personal information agent towards establishing or verifying my/our financial standing. I/we authorize Grammont Enterprises, LLC to run additional credit reports as it sees fit and, specifically, on behalf of my/our lender in the circumstances of a proposed renewal and/or default of my/our loan.
Credit Products: I/we agree that the approval issued by any lender and provided by Grammont Enterprises, LLC, to me/us, is not to be construed or relied upon by me/us as representing the value or condition of any underlying security or that it confirms that I/we have the ability to pay the loan. I/we agree that Grammont Enterprises, LLC makes no representation, warranty, statement, recommendation, guarantee or endorsement with respect to any investment or with any goods or services purchased using the loan.
I/We understand that there may be a consulting fee of up to 5% on gross lending/investing products that Grammont Enterprises, LLC secures for our us.
